We are a Property Consultancy working closely with Portfolio Landlords, Investors and Developers to assist with Sales and Lettings of Residential and Commercial property within the West Midlands.

Being a people business, we have listened to the painful feedback from our clients and their past experiences with estate agents. Times have changed and the traditional Estate Agency model doesn’t work for everyone anymore…Sellers prefer to have one sole point of contact they trust. Buyers prefer to have the flexibility to view properties outside of the usual 9-5 office hours.
